Need Hold'em Manager 2 Support? Check Out Their Forums
If you own
Hold'em Manager 2, the popular poker tracking and database software, and are looking for support, make sure to head over to the
Hold'em Manager forums. The HM2 staff is basically on call, responding to member questions and ensuring that the software is functioning properly.
Take this question from a user that took less than an hour for a reply: "When I terminate the process quickly, a popup flashes about that the license is not correct. I have had this before, restarting mostly did the job, but now it is stuck and restarting doesn't work. Version 8415 Windows 8."
The developers at
Hold'em Manager were quick to respond, just as they were with a question about moving player notes between different Ongame Network skins. "Notes on players will be in their notes part of the database," HM2 support said. "So if you've played as Phil Ivey on one Ongame skin and played against Johnny Chan and made notes, if you move to a different skin and play as Phil Hellmuth, the notes on Chan will still be available."
Even simple questions like a player's Heads-Up Display not working on PokerStars will be responded to. "Usually this is has to do with the wrong configuration or import folders not setup correctly," said HM2 support before linking to an FAQ. "With all the above information, we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included, we will need to email you again to request it."
So, if you have any questions about HM2, be sure to check out their main support forum.
If you don't have HM2, top-tier support is a perfect reason to check it out. The software is $99.99 for the Professional version, $159.99 for the Pro Combo: Holdem + Omaha version, and $59.99 for the Small-Stakes version. There's also a trial available.
